About MindGap Teacher

Yvonne is a qualified and specialist dyslexia teacher who has over 20 years of SEND and teaching practice. She is passionate about transforming educational experiences for children across schools in West Wiltshire.

She has taught and supported children and adults to navigate the complexities of learning in primary, specialist secondary, further and higher education settings.
Her trauma-informed practice develops children’s confidence and their resilience in academic learning through a positive, patient and ‘can do’ approach.

Yvonne provides specialised one-to-one teaching and support designed to build confidence and foster a love for learning. She believes that every child has strengths and deserves the opportunity to achieve and celebrate personal success.
